By accessing or using the Fluorine Intelligence platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Use of our services
Permission is granted to temporarily use the services provided by Fluorine for personal or internal business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Account management

Payment terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable for the current billing period. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
Restrictions on use
You shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In the use of the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
No automated scraping or bulk data extraction without API authorization.
No distribution of malware, viruses, or disruptive code.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FLUORINE DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fluorine and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
